With the BarmeniaApp, you have access to your insurance policies and services from Barmenia anywhere - and therefore always at hand when needed.

• Submit invoices, receipts, medical certificates, and prescriptions for health insurance, travel insurance, pet health insurance, and pet surgical insurance as a scan, photo, or PDF
• Receive information about the processing status of your submissions directly via push notification
• Receive information about new documents in your mailbox also via push notification
• View invoices and other documents in the mailbox directly and download them if necessary
• Access information, including contract conditions, about your policies
• Edit contact details, address, and bank details directly in the app
• Create and download contribution certificates easily
• Report changes to your mileage in motor vehicle insurance
• Report claims for household contents, residential building, personal liability, motor vehicle, pet surgical, and accident insurance directly online
• Contact your advisor for your Barmenia policies and get in touch with your local consultant

Your data is stored exclusively on Barmenia's servers in Germany and additionally encrypted within the app.

In the app, you can log in with the familiar access data from the customer portal "Meine Barmenia" or the old "RechnungsApp". A new registration is not required.

If you don't have access yet, you can register directly in the app. Identification with our partner Nect takes just a few minutes. You can also use the eID of your electronic ID card. Alternatively, you can request access data by mail.
